i. About

A career built at the intersection of housing, advocacy & service.

Gilbert Graim is a Regional New Development Director overseeing multifamily lease-up across Texas and Oklahoma. With more than a decade of new-development experience spanning luxury, market-rate, and affordable housing, he leads stabilization strategy across an active portfolio of six communities.

Gilbert serves as Vice Chair of a municipal Planning & Zoning Commission, where he helps shape land-use and development policy in one of the fastest-growing corridors of the Dallas–Fort Worth region. His perspective sits at the intersection of how cities grow and how the people who live in them are treated along the way.

Beyond housing, Gilbert is a consumer-protection advocate and financial-literacy educator with a community of more than 350,000 followers across his social platforms. Through Graim LLC and his civic and faith-based work, he teaches financial literacy at his church and helps everyday people understand their rights, their credit, and the systems that shape their lives.

His father’s philosophy — turn around and lend the next person a hand — sits at the center of everything he builds.
